To All Stallholders…Re Angel Fair at Elton 29-30 November in aid of The British Heart Foundation, Sue Ryder and the Royal Agricultural Institution

 

We hope you have all had a good summer and are raring to go in the run up to Christmas!

I am happy to say that the number of stalls has increased so much that we have invested in another huge marquee!

If you have any issues about timings of set up on the 28th (noon until 6pm), or if you are unable to set up on that day but wish to come to site very early on the 29th (from 8am), at the very latest all done by 9.30...please let us know asap!

If anyone is still seeking accommodation please let us know, a double room has kindly been offered in Stamford by Ostrich2Love, Bob and Sarah Grierson.

 

PLEASE BRING copies of INSURANCE CERTS with you! All stalls must have public liability cover which we will check off at the door when you arrive.

If anyone has special medical needs such as treatment for asthma or any other existing condition which will potentially require medical help, please let us know.

If anyone has a severe dietary intolerance ( peanut or other allergy) please let us know, veggies are being catered for.

A simple snack will be available free for you on the evening of set up and on the 29th as we are working through, there will be bacon buns and vegetarian options also available at our cost provided by the caterers.

I am happy to tell you that the kind manager of our local branch of Handelsbanken in Peterborough has once again sponsored a bottle of wine per stallholder to greet you on arrival!

 

If you require electricity and have not yet confirmed this with Nigel at the BHF (colen@bhf.org.uk) please do so asap and pay us £20.00 for your connection. Bring an extension lead if you have one.

We do not allow lit candles or any naked flames in the tent. Please use battery operated versions for display.

Please be mindful of your allotted space. Last year we had a serious issue with one stand holder who insisted on displaying clothing in a walkway, causing shoppers inconvenience.

Although we have overnight security, we advise that no cash floats or valuable silver/jewellery are left overnight on the 29th. All your stock is transported and displayed for sale at your own risk. This goes for vehicles left overnight in the park with valuable contents. The park is however locked.

We do not have a lining for the tent, this will likely lead to condensation falling from the roof overnight. Please be aware and bring sheets or polythene to protect your stock. Bring warm clothes!
